I recommend booking at least 7 days before the desired date to ensure availability and better organize the service. For urgent requests, contact me directly to check any possibilities.

If you need to cancel or change a reservation:

• Within 48 hours of the scheduled date : You can move the consultation or receive a partial refund (80% of the amount paid).

• Less than 48 hours before : No refunds will be given, but we may reschedule the consultation at no additional cost, subject to availability.

For trips within a radius of 100 km from my office, the costs are included in the price of the service. For greater distances, an additional cost will be calculated based on the distance, which will be communicated to you during the estimate phase.

If the trip requires overnight stays or meals, the client is responsible for covering these expenses. These will be specified and agreed upon in the estimate.

Costs are calculated taking into account the distance (km) and the means of transport required. For example:

• Private car : Standard mileage reimbursement based on ACI rates.

• Public transport : Reimbursement of the actual cost of train, plane, taxi or bus tickets.

• Rental Vehicle : Reimbursement for the entire duration of the off-site course for the rental vehicle used to reach the designated location.

If you are unable to provide food and lodging, you can reimburse the costs incurred, which will include:

• Accommodation : Hotel or suitable accommodation facility (medium-high category).

• Meals : A daily reimbursement agreed in advance or coverage of actual expenses.
